Privacy Notice
This notice describes the current phosphor.ca website, its email contact path, and the browser-based Control Room. It will be updated if those practices change.
This is an implementation-specific interim notice describing current website behaviour. Confirmation of the operating legal name and business address, plus qualified legal review, remains outstanding.
How information moves through phosphor.ca.
Who is responsible
Phosphor is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Nik Shuvalov is the contact for privacy questions, access or correction requests, and deletion requests at nik@phosphor.ca.
What this website handles
Phosphor does not currently use an on-site contact form, advertising trackers, analytics tools, or marketing cookies. The site does not create a Phosphor account or profile for visitors.
Hosting and request logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver, secure, and operate the site, Vercel may process request and log information such as an IP address, device or system information, and city or country inferred from an IP address. That processing may occur outside Canada, including in the United States.
Control Room drafts
Control Room entries stay in your browser and are not submitted to Phosphor by the website. A draft is kept for the current browser session by default. If you choose Save on this device, the copy can be restored for seven days; on the first visit after expiry, the site checks its timestamp and removes it. You can delete the draft from the Control Room or Discovery Brief at any time.
Email contact
Choosing Email Nik opens your own email application. The address, message, and attachments you choose to send are then handled by your email provider and Phosphor's email provider. Phosphor uses that correspondence to understand and reply to your request.
Retention and your choices
Browser-session drafts and the optional seven-day restore window are controlled from your device; an expired device copy is removed when phosphor.ca is next opened. Hosting-log retention is controlled by Vercel. Email correspondence may be kept as reasonably needed to respond and maintain necessary business records. You can ask Phosphor to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your correspondence; requests are assessed under applicable law.
Contact
For a privacy question or request, email nik@phosphor.ca. Please describe the information or correspondence involved so the request can be located and handled.
