These terms describe use of the current public website and Control Room. Any paid Phosphor engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
These are interim website-use terms based on the current implementation. Confirmation of the operating legal name, business address, governing law, and venue, plus qualified legal review, remains outstanding.

Using this website
You may use phosphor.ca to review information about Phosphor, contact Nik, and prepare a workflow diagnostic. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Control Room output
The Control Room organises information that you enter into an editable Discovery Brief. It is a diagnostic aid, not professional, legal, financial, security, or compliance advice. Review the brief and verify its assumptions before relying on it.
Local information
Control Room content remains in your browser unless you choose to copy, print, or send it through another service. You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your device secure. Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed to map the workflow.
No engagement by site use
Using this website, creating a brief, or sending an email does not create a client relationship or commit either side to a project. Scope, fees, timing, ownership, licences, support, and cancellation terms are agreed separately in writing.
Materials and submitted content
Unless stated otherwise, the website interface and copy are presented as Phosphor materials. You remain responsible for, and retain any rights you have in, information you enter. Using the local Control Room does not transfer that information to Phosphor.
Availability and changes
Phosphor may maintain, change, or remove website features. The site and Control Room may occasionally be unavailable, and no uninterrupted availability or business outcome is promised. Material changes to these website terms will be reflected on this page.
