Work Records
Work, recorded with context.
Phosphor publishes first-party implementation records: what the situation was, what was in scope, what exists now, and what a reader can inspect directly.
phosphor.ca
Phosphor needed a public company site that could explain two service lines, preserve a direct founder path, and avoid unsupported claims.
- Scope
- Information architecture, responsive interface, public content system, production implementation, deployment, and domain launch.
- Status
- Live on phosphor.ca
- Source
- The current public website, owned and operated by Phosphor.
- Verification
- The public routes, mobile navigation, contact path, legal notices, and responsive behaviour can be inspected on this site. This record makes no client or commercial outcome claim.
Phosphor Control Room
A visitor may understand that a workflow is broken without having a technical specification or a clear way to describe its states and owners.
- Scope
- A nine-step, browser-based diagnostic that maps the workflow and turns it into an editable Discovery Brief while keeping submission optional.
- Status
- Live on phosphor.ca
- Source
- The current public Control Room, owned and operated by Phosphor.
- Verification
- Open the Control Room, complete the map, review the generated Brief, and inspect the local save and delete controls. No client result is implied.
